Foot length is only based on standard feet .

This shoes is made-to-order, so we need 3-10 working processing days to make shoes for you。

* Always clean shoes regularly by cleaning off any surplus dirt with a brush or damp cloth.
* For leather shoes apply a quality shoe polish or cream and buff off with either a dry cloth or a brush. 
*For suede shoes brush up the nap with a suede brush. 
*For nubuck shoes wipe with a cloth dipped in slightly soapy, warm water. 
* If shoes are wet, let them dry naturally as quality leather shoes require a slow natural drying process. 
* The use of a shoe horn is recommended as it will help to retain the shape of the shoe. 

For Customized Item :

If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days after receive. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 10 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact our after service staff before return it. If there has quality problem ,please take picture for us. We will resolve it for you As Soon As Possible .If you can’t receive the package within 75 days ,we will return your money.
